Appetitive faculty refer to the learners feelings,emotions and rational will.In my own understanding this faculty is a equipment in order for the learners to absorbed knowledge in learning.It can naturally help and guide the learners he/she dealt with the process of learning.By the use of this faculty the learners has a capacity to think or choose what is desirable.
It depends upon the learners how the learning takes place.Its her or his choice whether he or she develops his potentials or not.Feelings and emotions makes the teaching learning process exciting and joyful affair within the teacher and the learner.Rational will can serve as guidance or force in the characteristic of the learner.All learners are equipped with appetitive faculty.
Through the learners feelings and emotions he or she can identify if he or she is satisfied or not and if that object or activity can cause joy or pain.Through his will he or she can present his intellect as good and desirable.So,appetitive faculty acts in our spirits and in our hearts.
